E' un esame del corso di laurea in Discipline delle Arti, della Musica e dello Spettacolo... purtroppo non sono riuscita a trovare ulteriori dettagli sul programma neanch'io...

I've looked up the course, but I can't find any details of the syllabus. I would translate "architettura degli allestimenti degli" as "interior design for", but I'm not sure about "spettacolo". It could be "performance", referring specifically to the arts (the fact that you've classified it under Arts suggests this), or it could also refer to public events like sports or trade fairs. Is it part of an arts course?

More context please 'Architecture of stage design' comes to mind, but it would be really useful to have some more information about the context.

I think this would simply be Set Design given that the "architecture part" would not really be architecture. Sort of the way Interior Decorating is Architetture degli Interni
