: I don't disagree with this, but I feel it's a bit of an oxymoron too, since culture is the opposite of neglect.

I don't feel it's necessary to translate "selvicolturale". I would leave it out and put a note to the customer explaining why. Silvicultural means "pertaining to the culture/management of woodlands". If it's neglected, then it's not being cultured or managed.
