To call a command, or invoke a command.

"Recall" non credo sia adatto perche' dai link di Emanuela sembra che significa richiamare un comando che e' gia stato eseguito in precedenza, mentre credo che dal contesto che hai dato sembra che i comandi vengono eseguiti normalmente.
