Il sistema dovrà poter gestire telecamere XXX e/o ***brandeggiabili*** di modello predefinito sia in locale che, se presente, dal centro remoto, gestendo eventuali preset e controllando movimento (pan and tilt), fuoco, zoom e iris con modalità mouse.


Is this a word or did the writer just make it up? My only guess is comparable/compatible brands. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Explanation:
Brandeggiare is really for cannons "as in training the cannons on the enemy ships". You definitely talk about training a camera on the action.
