Grazie mille!

potted
Explanation:
Sottovetro just refers to a preservation method, nothing else.

The translation depends upon whether the contents are salty or sweet, in oil, vinegar or brine.
It can be translated as pickled, brined, preserved or potted (and tehre are many other variations)

In this case it is sweet so I'd go for potted

Just wanted to add - the term potted would also be suitable in your case as a translation of sottovetro if it is yoghurt that is set in aglass jar with other things added.

neutral  Hermeneutica: Only because it's yoghurt - "potted" suggests a longer process ... I mean "potted ice cream" would sound strange too, no? Unfortunately I have nothing else to offer and the rest of your info is correct

-> The term also seems to be used with a different meaning, as indicated in the last couple of links I gave.

agree  Mr Murray (X): potted or bottled; for me 'potted' sounds UK, 'bottled' US - but that's just me

-> Somehow it sounds a bit more "exotic" to me :)

cream

Explanation:

A mingle of yogurt and pistacchio cream with apricots and blackberries
