Italian term

ristagno extra-vasale

Italian to English Medical Cosmetics, Beauty
The description of a slimming cream states:

The anti-cellulite cream states:

Something like outer vessel stagnation??? I can't seem to find the correct term.

extra vessel build up of excess fluids

If it regers to lymphatic drainage this may be my suggestion
Peer comment(s):

disagree Lirka : "extra vessel build up" does not sound medical; extra-vasale simply means outside of the vessels (i.e. in connective tissue)

water retention

For this context, I'd go with a less scientific term - basically, it's talking about what's commonly known as water retention. If you prefer to stick more closely to the original, you could go for "extravasal fluid retention".
