Italian term

Liquidatore (liquidazione volontaria di ditta individuale)

Italian to English Bus/Financial Internet, e-Commerce E-BILLING, TAXATION
The third and last of the interloper phrases in my Spanish text about e-taxes. The full sentence appears as follows:

"Liquidatore (liquidazione volontaria di ditta individuale - periodo ante messa in liquidazione)."
Proposed translations (English)
3 liquidator

Discussion

neilmac (asker) Sep 3, 2018:
Closing the query I must say I'm rather disappointed with the lack of feedback or response to my query. I'm sure I'd have had a better response in my ES-EN pair.
neilmac (asker) Jul 31, 2018:
IATE suggests the literal translation "liquidator", defined as the person appointed to conduct the winding-up of a company, but I suspect that in my query context it simply refers to a taxpayer settling their debts to the tax agency. I need confirmation.

liquidator

eurlex too.
Note from asker:
Not a likely solution. The link doesn't work, and I need an explanation in context of "liquidazione volontaria di ditta individuale".
I mean, thanks anyway, but I was hoping for a little more elucidation. "Liquidator" sounds like a Terminator. Perhaps simply "Payer" would be a better option...?
