Italian term

titolare neppure per quote, anche in regime di comunione legale

Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) atto notarile
Once again on "titolarità":
la parte acquirente dichiara di non essere ***titolare neppure per quote, anche in regime di comunione legale*** su tutto il territorio nazionale, dei diritti di proprietà, ecc.
Thanks to everybody!!!

Discussion

Aug 21, 2007:
Thanks Wordwathcher! What I am interested in here is the stilted construction, used by the Italian notarial jargon, of the complete sentence. Something like your last (very precious) suggestion. I was not clear, sorry...

vestee (or holder)

Somewhat stilted but a useful term nevertheless (but not in US where it refers only to a garment...)
Here is example from UK Revenue& Customs:

The persons liable are as for the free estate. The surviving joint owner or partner or other person entitled under the contract will normally be liable as vestee or beneficiary or both.

Maybe safer to use "holder"
