I can't seem to get my head around this one. It is from a factoring agreement and related letter to the bank listing the receivables being proposed for assignment to the Bank.

This is the entire sentence:

Reference information:
First of all, I agree that it is not at all clear. I think what they might mean is that any changes made by the bank to the list of receivables initially proposed to the bank as " subject/ conditional to your acceptance" will be accepted. Hope this makes things clearer.
