I have an insolvency report sent to the prosecutor of the republic by the company administrator with 'allegati.'

Yes they are supporting evidence, i.e internal e-mails, letters, meeting minutes, financial reports. they are numbered 1 through 67, so I am inclined to choose exhibits, though the numbering sequence was not atributed by the Court but by the extraordinary administrator for reference purposes.

I would say Exhibits if they represent evidence or declarations. Otherwise, I think you could choose attachments, enclosures....

For the reasons described above. The numbering to such Exhibits assigned by the Court would take care of itself... :)
