organizational chart
I have an organizational chart with arrows. One of the boxes has the term "valori" connected with and arrow to "ambiente". Could it be "securities" and "setting" or "environment"? I don't want to use the word "values" I don't know if it's appropriate. "valori" is connected at the top to Company history and company intro.

values and environment
I would indeed use 'values' and 'environment'. As far as I understood, valori here refers to the actual values of the company, not in financial terms but in terms of behaviour. 'Environment' can be used as a synonym of 'setting', so I'd use that to be on the safe side...
