This is in a physical examination report. This is probably either "normal and equal bilaterally" or "normal and equal in all extremities". Is that right? And, is there any significant difference in meaning between the two phrases? Is there any other common/correct way to express this?

for the arms on one side and for legs on the other part. Legs and arms pulse are differents in pressure.
