I ended up using "use agreement" by my own judgment, which "joint-use agreement" is just a specific type of use agreement. Unfortunately, it's been too long to remember how I came to that decision, especially since I am pretty sure I did read those pages that you linked to. Maybe the linked articles were translations? I don't know.
