Italian to English Art/Literary Music Article

Hello everyone :)

I am having a very difficult time translating this expression "capitolo tematic"... I just can't seem to get my head around it. (Perhaps I haven't properly understood it?).

Here is the context:

It comes from an article written on a young pianist who has given a series of performances playing Beethoven's sonatas to audiences in Venice.

Infatti fra i vari "capitoli tematici" si sono perfettamente rispecchiati gli slanci che caratterizzano la fase eroica della conquista delle libertà borghesi innalzate a ruolo di sublimi raggiungimenti ideali.

If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful to hear them!
