Italian to English Other Music pop music

This is quiz show where families have to perform old pop hits to score points. At one point a member of the jury criticizes the choice of the song and then says it is awful, as bad as Il Ballo del Qua Qua. I know what that song is but I remember the English equivalent, was it called "The Tweeny Song"? TIA
