Sailing
as used by sailors/in sailing circles as a salute at the end of ..well just about anything! Like you'd say buon appetito to someone who's about to dig in. Come on all you sailors or would be's out there, how do you say it in English "Happy sailing"? No guesses please, I need the real McCoy here, thanks.

Depending on the context, these examples above are ones that carry the same general meaning. I believe that your "Happy Sailing" choice is very appropriate. Next to that, I would lean on my first two choices above. :-)
