Italian term

gli Standing ordes permanet

Italian to English Other Ships, Sailing, Maritime Witness statement
I cannot make out if this is the brand name of an operating system for a ship, or if it is a spelling mistake. Google wants to jump to "standing orders" or "permanent", but with the capital "S" and "gli" before an English word, along with the possible reference to "net", I was wondering if this is the proper name of a ship operating system used on computers. Otherwise, was I right in thinking it was just a spelling mistake?

context reads:

Q: "Quale forma di procedur operativa permanente attua la nave?"
A: "Attua gli Standing ordes permanet.
