Spese sostenute da A sono le spese che ha sostenuto, cioè ha fatto, appunto, A. Da rimborsare a B vuol dire che devono essere rimborsate a B. Le spese sono state sostenute da un soggetto, ma sono da rimborsare ad un altro soggetto. Chi le rimborsa, non si sa. Probabilmente la situazione è questa: A sostiene le spese. C, che qui non è nominato, le rimborsa, ma non direttamente ad A, bensì a B. Tra A e B ci sono determinati accordi per cui dopo se la vedranno tra di loro. Se fosse come dice Igor, sarebbe "spese sostenute A da rimborsare da parte di B"; "le spese sostenute da A sono a carico di B", "le spese sostenute da A vanno rimborsate da B", Меня немного смущает "ad B". Название В начиналось с гласной? Или там было не ad, а da? Тогда правильной была бы трактовка Игоря, но "spese sostenute da Tizio da rimborsare da Caio" звучит очень плохо, мне не верится, что так было написано. |
