一方で、衛星の大型化が進んで世界で打ち上げられる衛星の半数以上が4トンを上回るようになり、H2Aロケットが対応できるのは市場全体の10%程度になっているとする見方もあります。

deploy
I think support is good, but if a little bit of 意訳 is okay, I think deploy would make the passage sound better, since that's what the rocket does.

As Shobhana pointed out, I wasn't really paying enough attention when I submitted an answer. As an alternative, though, I'd like to add "accommodate" would be a possibility.

Shobhana Chandu
: Sorry to disagree, but I think that they are talking of handling 10% of the market, not deploying rockets

You're right! I should stop trying to answer Kudoz while working! ;)

: I totally agree with the disagreement (Chandu). The percentage of the market that they can handle is 10%. Note, the reason its only 10% may be because of the acceptable payload. But best to hedge your bets and use a softer translation like "handle."

Handle, launch
"Handle" should suffice here, although the meaning is that H2A rockets can launch 10% of the total satellites of the whole market.
