This is from a PDF file, and I am unsure whether it says 人気汚染 or 火気汚染 (see ** ** in the context below. Neither one of these terms seems to be very prevalent, and whichever one is most likely, I'll need a translation too.

近年,舶用過給機はディーゼルエンジンの高出力化,
地球温暖化・**人気汚染**の防止などの課題に対処していく

Lol Yeah, but this one is not that bad compared to some I've done. :) Yeah, 人気汚染 sounds pretty funny but that's what it looked like...
