To me the first clause of the sentence seems redundant, as we're getting repetition of 'movement' and 'change (reduction)' - sort of tautological.

It may be more fluid to reduce this to something along the lines of,

'Statistical fluctuations revealed a change (reduction) in the number of...'

Alternatively, if this is the result (as it appears) of a diagnostic test, perhaps you could clarify using previous context, for example:

'The results of the diagnostic tests revealed a change (reduction) in the number of...'

I just get the feeling that any literal translation of that kanji-block is going to sound vaguely 日本語っぽい
