"Bagi pihak yang berkepentingan lain seperti pendeposit-pendeposit salah satu langkah merapatkan hubungan ialah dengan mengadakan ‘Operasi Sudut’ di mana pegawai Bank akan melawat tempat-tempat seperti pasar dan sekolah untuk bertemu dan mengutip deposit daripada pendeposit."
