Not possible to tell . . . It does not appear possible to tell from the Norwegian language what the situation was. You would probably need to know what the underlying facts of the case were. The funds could have been theirs the whole time and in an escrow account or under the control of the court while the suit was ongoing, or they could have been awarded the amount as a result of winning the suit.
