Norwegian term or phrase: fremstilling av faktum
"Kommentarer til Xs fremstilling av faktum". Contained in a letter from a lawyer answering on behalf of his client to a possible breach of securities trading regulations.

I'm a bit wary of the singular form of "faktum" here. It's a fixed term in Norwegian, but can it be translated as "presentation of facts"? Or is there a more technical, legal equivalent in English?
