Gdy obraz w telewizorze rozłazi się, to mówię, że widać \"echo\", czyli jakby rozmazane kontury. Może to pomoże?

Można to też nazwać duchami na ekranie. Jeśli jest to to, o czym myslę.

blur, blurring - rozmazywanie, zamazywanie konturów
ghost-shadows
shagows - samo w sobie raczej nie, bo wtedy wyjdzie Ci zupełnie inny efekt
