Portuguese term or phrase: com averbação de divórcio
I'm translating a document, issued by the Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais in Brazil, called "CERTIDÃO DE CASAMENTO COM AVERBAÇÃO DE DIVÓRCIO E ANOTACÃO DE CASAMENTO". This appears on the very top of the document, and I'm not clear on what it really is. Seems to refer to a marriage in the process of a divorce (never heard of a certificate for a marriage in such process). Perhaps "Marriage certificate with divorce filed and annotation of marriage"?

English translation:with notation of divorce
Explanation:
It's a the original marriage certificate which has been updated to show (by way of a notation on the bottom) that a divorce has been formally granted by the Family Court in their jurisdiction.

Annotation would be better here.
