Importa-se de confirmar quem é a entidade que emite o dito "boletim"? Penso que existe uma diferença entre o documento emitido, por exemplo, por uma maternidade (boletim) e o documento emitido pela Conservatória do Registo Civil (certidão"). É importante distinguir.
