In a document describing the procedures for a large civil engineering project on an EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) basis, the following phrase appears "Se as empresas concordam com a solidariedade entre os membros do EPC, solicitar uma proposta consolidada." I understand this is referrring to a sufficient degree of mutual commitment between the companies to form the EPC consortium. However, I am not sure what the exact phrase used in this context in the industry is - "mutual commitment between the members of the EPC consortium"?
