Smoked turkey roll with pepper (or chilli, depending on country)

Explanation:
Chester is a smoked turkey roll, but I have not seen it outside of Brazil.

The link below is for a wholesaler outside of Brazil

If you are going to use the word pepper, you should pluralise it, otherwise it will be inferred that it is pimenta do reino

disagree  airmailrpl: Chester is NOT a smoked turkey roll.. see Lindsay Spratt's reference below

disagree  Lindsay Spratt: The link is for Perdigao, a brand you'll find in any Brazilian supermarket. And I've had a salgado with chester in it before so it's not a roll.

agree  T o b i a s: No to smoke; no to turkey; no to roll; no to 'chilli' (sic); and no to pepper.

Explanation:

neutral  Donna Sandin: at the most you should say "heavy-breasted" chicken See discussion entry

-> Yes, heavy-breasted is a good idea. However, Chester is very specific to Brazil, even served as a substitute for turkey on Christmas Day. I have never seen it in Europe or the USA.

chicken

Explanation:
Say it like it is. Who cares who modified the poor animal's grandparents' genes or where.

The only time you put brand on the menu is when you serve Häagen-Dazs®
