Portuguese term

cabeceira para cama box

Non-PRO Portuguese to English Other Furniture / Household Appliances móveis
É só a cabeceira mesmo, sem o resto da cama. Ela possui uma peça que se chama "frame" para o encaixe do colchão box. Este é aquele colchão que se coloca um sobre o outro, sem necessidade de estrados.

headboard

É isso. Frame, ou raramente bedstead, é (normalmente) o estrado.

"The headboard is a piece of furniture that attaches to the head of a bed. Its most basic function is to retain the pillow(s) and other bed linens"

Uma cama box completa (cabeceira/box/colchão) é um "box spring set". Pela descrição que você deu, diria "headboard and frame for box spring bed" (see also quandt's answer below).
Note from asker:
mas e o termo "cama box'? é traduzido?

In response to fvasconcellos, maybe its a US/Commonwealth English thing. Note here, it says Bedhead (with headboard in brackets): http://sydney.gumtree.com.au/c-ViewAd?AdId=45711109

and look here - it says "bedhead slip cover"
http://www.okadirect.com/bedroom-and-bathroom/bed-slip-cover...

even the London Stock Exchange website has it (admittedly with headboard in brackets:
http://www.londonstockexchange.com/en-gb/global/H/Search?q=F...

Also, the Merriam Webster dictionary says "bedhead - the head of a bed"

and speaking of which, I'm off to mine now zzzzzzzzzz
Peer comment(s):

neutral Filippe Vasconcellos de Freitas Guimarães : Wow, I never heard it as such—usually associate "bedhead" with the condition of your hair when you get up in the morning :)

ha ha, nothing to do with hair, at least not in the UK. See my additional note above.
