Explanation:
Também chamado de "agravo regimental" ou "agravinho". Fvr. observar que qq. tradução sempre exige uma comparação entre os sistemas jurídicos dos países envolvidos. Neste caso, a resposta acima está amparada nas definições dadas pelo Black Law's Dictionary, 6ª edição, Dicionário do Marcílio Moreira de Castro, 3ª edição e Agravo, do eminente jurista Luis Henrique Barbante Franzé, 4ª edição. Em síntese, "agravo interno é um recurso contra decisão de indeferimento liminar de embargos infringentes, de indeferimento de recurso extraordinário e de recurso especial pelo relator e de indeferimento de recurso pelo relator”. Vide Maria Helena Diniz, 2ª edição.
Em termos analíticos seria "An appeal against an Appellate court decision". Embora torne a tradução fácil, a expressão "Internal Appeal" é somente usada em caráter administrativo em geral, até na esfera judicial americana. Vide "Rules of Appellate Procedure" & "Rules of Civil Procedure" daquele país.
