Teste Estanqueidade em Chapas de Reforço das Bocas de Lobo
Os anéis de reforço (ou cada segmento do anel) de derivações tipo boca de lobo, deverão ser testados com ar seco, gás inerte ou oxigênio, utilizando a pressão de teste de 50 Psi.
(3,5 Kg/cm2), ou conforme indicado no projeto.
Os furos para teste dos anéis, não deverão ser tamponados após o teste, devendo somente ser preenchido com graxa apropriada para evitar a corrosão da rosca, conforme figura 1.
No caso de chapas bi-partida utilizar o manômetro após a válvula globo, devendo se testar ambos os lados da chapa.
Deverá ser utilizado o formulário do anexo V.
