This is the parte of the sentence where the expression occurs:

"XXX está entre os principais produtores bio, relvando as vinhas, enriquecendo o solo com matéria orgânica (...)"

Its a text with a part that talks about winemaking. I searched and searched, but could find no translation in English anywhere. Does anyone know what they're referring to/ which is the right expression in English for this process?
