For an explanation similar to yours, see https://dreptmd.wordpress.com/cursuri-universitare/teoria-ge... and http://www.rasfoiesc.com/legal/drept/FAPTELE-JURIDICE-LICITE...
In US and ancient English common law (unlike the Roman/civil law in Romania and other European countries), traditionally there was a distinction between unlawful/illicit acts and lawful/licit but inequitable acts. Imbogatirea fara justa cauza (Eng. "unjust enrichment") was licit but inequitable. Now US and UK have essentially abandoned the difference between law courts and equity courts, and unjust enrichment is simply unlawful (illicit).
Rom."juridic" could be translated as Eng. "juridic/juridical" but a more readily understood translation would be "legally significant," i.e., relevant in making a legal decision.
"Lawful legally significant" is awkward.
So my translation would be "juridically significant lawful act," but an Eng. speaking lawyer won't easily understand it.
Actiuni omenesti savarsite fara intentia de a da nastere la raporturi juridice de obligatii, care totusi produc asemenea efecte, in puterea legii, fara ca prin ele sa se incalce normele de drept in vigoare.
Sunt fapte juridice licite:
- imbogatirea fara justa cauza,
- gestiunea de afaceri, si
- plata nedatorata.
