How does Наименование продукции differ from Название продукции? Is the former a generic name, i.e. product type, whereas the latter could be a brand name? Both are used in the contract I am translating, but the author has not necessarily used Наименование продукции properly.
For Наименование продукции I am tempted to use "definition of the goods".
