Похоже, что "мелкий" - это "pea" and "nut", "семечко" - это "buckwheat #1", "штыб" is a combination of rice, barley and buckwheats #4 and #5?

штыб chippings, rubble; dust coal. Culm is an English term from SW England for soft, sooty coal. There is also a term for Culm Measures or Culm Supergroup, for Carboniferous coals in England. The word may be Old English for coal, or Welsh for knot, since these coals tend to be found in folded rocks.
