Объемный вес груза рассчитывается как 166,7 кг за 1 куб.м и принимается за расчетный в случае превышения им реального веса с учетом уменьшения на 50%. Пример: Вес брутто 100кг, объем 1куб.м. Объемный вес – 1куб.м*166,7 = 166,7кг. Расчетный вес = 166,7-(166,7-100)*50% = 133.35 кг. Стоимость перевозки = 133.35*Тариф.

Если бы не пример расчета, понять было бы действительно сложно, что же конкертно имеется в виду. Но из примера видно, что речь идет об уменьшении разницы между расчетным весом и фактическим на 50 процентов.
