Just do a Google search on "flashing" with "unmoderated search results / SafeSearch set OFF" and you'll understand what is the other meaning of "flashing" to avoid - one that can also have to do with cars.
Or check all the meanings of "flashing" https://www.yourdictionary.com/flashing
You wouldn't want to add "double entendre" when there is none in the ST.
