Serbian term or phrase: upustanje
Recenica u tekstu o informaciji o lokaciji, pod podnaslovom "Pravila gradjenja" glasi ovako:
"Nije dozvoljeno upustanje delova objekta preko jave povrsine."
Nemam ideju kako da prevedem "upustanje" u ovom kontekstu.
Hvala na predlozima!

By zoning code we are not allowed to protrude past that for anything. Even a gutter isn’t technically supposed to protrude past the dimensions of the float in width or length, and we are very closely monitored in terms of the height of the homes.”

neutral  Mira Stepanovic: Ne u ovom kontekstu; http://www.planetre.com/help/realestate101/Encroachment.asp Some of the most common encroachments are walls, driveways, garages, trees, fences etc. that intrude from one property onto another Ne radi se o izgradnji na javnoj površini.

-> ne mora da bude samo privatno imanje: "encroachment(s) over/on public land" se isto koristi - možete naći više hiljada primera na Google-u / razna zvanična dokumenta / sudske presude itd...
