If you look at my reference on 'sociálne začlenenie' you will see that social inclusion is a hot topic at present. 'sociálna integrácia' is definitely social integration. Whether it is linguistically correct or not, 'začlenenie' is 'inclusion'. As you know, translations of EU-related materials into Czech and Slovak and, no doubt, other languages as well, are full of compromises (and downright errors).

Yes, these may be very close synonyms but why not
sociálne začlenenie - social inclusion
sociálna integrácia - social integration

Or in other words, in what is linguistically this option
sociálne začlenenie - social integration
sociálna integrácia - social integration

better than this one

sociálne začlenenie - social inclusion
sociálna integrácia - social integration
