Spanish term

dado el “clientes internos”por volumen y dimensión de la compañía

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Here's the full phrase: Incremento de la comunicación , necesidad de aumentar el número, eficacia y complejidad de las acciones a desarrollar dado el “clientes internos”por volumen y dimensión de la compañía.
It is regarding the effects that certain actions will have on an HR department. I guess I'm not understanding the sentence structure.

in-house clients/customers

The Spanish is atrocious- my reading is that the sheer size and turnover of the company means it has lots of staff i.e. in-house clients who Human Resouces must attend to.
