Glossary entry (derived from question below)
Spanish term
Agenda a Tratar
El Gerente general de conformidad con lo establecido en la ley y sus estatutos CONVOCA A JUNTA GENERAL EXTRAORDINARIA DE ACCIONISTAS que se celebrará en julio del 2020 en su domicilio legal de "NNNNN". Agenda a Tratar:
Non-PRO (1): Yvonne Gallagher
When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

: Hi Roberto. Your translation misses the mark slightly with "its statutes", "calls for", "his legal address". "Following the next schedule" would also be a non-standard translation here.

Agenda / Order of business
Anyway, "Robert's Rules" probably contains the standard language of meetings used in most cases.
"Agenda" refers to the whole meeting, whereas "Order of business" refers to the items of business (puntos a tratar), so depending on what comes next in your text, one of these two terms will be your answer.
"Sample Agenda
Each meeting has its own modifiable agenda.
...
Group Name and Purpose of Meeting
Meeting date, start time, end time
Meeting location
Participants
CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL
READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES
REPORTS OF OFFICERS
REPORTS OF COMMITTEES
STANDARD ORDER OF BUSINESS
- Unfinished Business
- New Business
For each item of business, indicate:
Title or topic
Short description
Person responsible

Toni Castano
: Just "agenda" or "order of the day". "Agenda a tratar" is unusual (and very informal!), the common expression is "orden del día".

Thanks, Toni, yes, my only reservation was regarding what came next here (whether it is in fact the whole "agenda" or just the "order of business"). Saludos!

: Hi Gabriel. You've mistranslated/omitted several elements here, unfortunately ("Junta General Extraordinaria", "estatutos", "su"). Also, the "chair" is not even mentioned.
