España y Holanda son dos de los mayores países que han adoptado las RSV en Europa. Según datos de Eurostat (2010a), el 88% de los holandeses y el 58% de los españoles son usuarios regulares de Internet.

Lacking inspiration here. It comes up quite a few times - it semms to me that you could translate it with use and users etc if you turn the sentence around but seeing as usuario and uso come up hundreds of times I need another expression. Do you think "embrace" sounds a little too gushing?
