Phil Goddard is right, if you can cunsult with the client, that would be best. Nevertheless, I also found «Centro de Superación Integral para Jóvenes», which would at least make sense. Perhaps it could lead you in the right direction.

I think they may have filled in the space wrongly and put the course as well as the name of the institution, which is Politécnico Diosmedes Córdova Arredondo. The customer should be able to confirm this - you'll probably get a more reliable answer from them than from us.
