garden air space

From RAE:
vuelo. Der.

And according to this forum http://www.porticolegal.com/foro/propiedad horizontal/101235...

The equivalent term in English to refer to the rights discussed in the forum seems to be 'air rights': http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_rights

Similar questions have been posted before with the suggestions 'airspace/air space', which seem reasonable.

"The key to successful compact gardening is utilizing every inch of space to its very best advantage. And this space covers more than just the ground. One way to reap the most rewards is to consider the **air space**, too."
