Spanish to English Bus/Financial Engineering (general)

Translating an HACCP Plan. The text in the section detailing the responsibilities of each team member of the HACCP team composition. Here's the text:

"- Realizar la aprobación y el control de proveedores, a través del cumplimiento del trámite documentario y la aprobación de las auditorias.
- Emitir inmovilización y/ o decidir retiro de productos, para aquellos productos evaluados y determinados como no conformes.
- Hacer seguimiento a las acciones de mejora para el levantamiento de productos observados de proveedor."

In this case these duties are for the Warehouse Manager (e.g. overseeing the handling of delivered products, etc.). Usually I'm used to seeing "inmovilización" used in reference to tangible assets (in Spain) or freezing of assets, for which in reference to products seems to refer to the restriction on the movement of them. I'm just doubting the English to use. So the best translation I can come up with is (for this one I'm not using infinitives since the section is a list of responsibilities):

"For products evaluated and deemed non-conforming, determine which products to be withdrawn and/or place a restriction [or ban?] on the movement of them."

For simplicity, I'm also inclined to render as: "For products evaluated and deemed non-conforming, determine which products to be withdrawn or banned."
