(Continued) In these cases, I think there can be no doubt that "en sede constitucional" means in the Constitutional Court as opposed to a lower court, and I believe the same is true in the ST, which is from STC 156/2002, a very important judgment in this area. "Revisables en sede constitucional" must refer, I believe, to judicial decisions being put before the Constitutional Court.

Sometimes, but not always In Spain, "en sede constitucional" is sometimes used in the sense of "constitucionalmente", but "sede" can refer to a level or area of the judiciary, in other words, a type of court, and I think it does in this case.

Consider these examples:

"La causa de la inadmisión es evidente e indiscutible: la lesión del derecho cuya reparación se pretende en sede constitucional, ya ha sido sanada en sede ordinaria, al haber anulado el Tribunal Supremo la sentencia (de 22 de marzo de 2004)"
