Hello everybody,

I have this letter rogatory from the Prosecutors's Office of Investigations from Córdoba, Argentina, which is already translated into English. This is to be addressed to a judge in New York City.
I need help with the term in the title as I'm not completely sure it's correctly translated. Below is some context:

La operación habría sido instrumentada por el Escribano XX – Titular del Registro Público n° X de esta ciudad – mediante la escritura n° X, quien habría tenido conocimiento y participado en la confección de los títulos de propiedad falsos utilizados por XXX para realizar la venta fraudulenta (hechos entre otros por lo que se elevó a juicio el expediente “XXX” por parte de la Fiscalía Provincial de Instrucción del Distrito III Turno 7 a la **Cámara Provincial en lo Criminal y Correccional de 10ª Nominación**, ambos de esta ciudad).
