express their mutual assent...
In order for a contract to be formed, there must be mutual assent, which is simply the agreement by both parties to enter into a contract. In deciding whether or not there is mutual assent, courts use an objective “reasonable man” test in which the court examines the exchange between the parties that led to the establishment of the contract and then determines what reasonable people in the place of the parties would have understood the exchange to mean.

: I'd be wary of putting "mutual" in there if it doesn't say so in the original.

Spanish term (edited):
se dar por satisfecho
deem themselves satisfied
- so (do) deem themselves in (respect of) their rights of inheritance.
rather than consider themselves self-satisfied (smug).
rather than consider themselves self-satisfied (smug).
Example sentence:
- (the quest) appoint a medical officer is to be deemed to have been satisfied.

: yes, better than "are satisfied with"; you could also say "confirm their satisfaction with"

Thanks - it's hard to see the problem with a literal translation of darse / se dan por.
