I agree with Chris, we need some more context here. What is the document you're translating?
AllegroTrans Apr 4, 2021:
Context is needed here Please tell us (1) which country this is from (2) what court exactly is "este tribunal" (3) what your document is

court of first instance

One possibility.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Rebeca Sotura Nickerson : Primera instancia = Trial Court

I did find "first instance" as one of the possible translations for "primo grado", when the context is legal./Why "disagree" with me, since you admit in your answer that "first instance" is correct?

first-level trial body > of original jurisdiction

> could be that the certified copy is going back to an arbitration tribunal, albeit unlikely that there is an appeal from such, or back to a court of law of *original jurisdiction* cf. organismo jurisdiccional as a judicial body and once translated into 'English' by a Spanish abogado - giving a presentation at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg - as a 'jurisdictional organism'.
Example sentence:

First-level courts have original jurisdiction on criminal matters, except on those where the ... Regional Trial Courts have original jurisdiction on

Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : or even a tribunal or "decision-making body" - we just don't have enough context (I have asked for it but alas no response)

Indeed, though it is very brave of this Mexican translator to be translating into English in the 'first instance'.

Trial Court

“Primer” refers to when the case is first handled, this pertains to most levels of law (family, criminal, civil), it refers to when the casa is being tried for the first time.

In the state level “primera instancia” refers to being tried for the first time “trial court.” “Segunda instancia” = Appellate Court/Court of Appeals and in Civil and Traffic Court it’s called a “Trial de Novo” (meaning to retry or have an entire new trial.) In some US states Traffic Court still belongs to the Criminal Division.

Although “first instance,” is correct, I’ve seen it before. From
Mexican Law to American Law, “primera instancia” translates into “Trial Court.”

neutral Robert Carter : A trial court is a court of first instance, so I don't see why you've disagreed with Barbara's suggestion.

Because it sounds more like a false cognate even though it might not be. However in English law “trial court” is the more appropriate choice. This is why I disagree.

first class original

I understood:
'Take note of the respective notations in the government book and the system of the tribunal's statistics, refer to the first class original testimonial, and on this occasion, archive the file as a closed case.'

From the source text:
"Remítise al órgano de primer grado testimonio de la primera resolución ..."
is:
"Refer to the attestation from the court trial of the first instance of initial judgement (or a tribunal's decision)..."
Therefore,
"el órgano de primer grado" is
"the judicial authority's initial stage"

The attestation is the testimonial or the proof.
The instruction orders for the first witness account or testimonial to be either referred to or sent to a panel.

Notations are representations of numbers or quantities in a system, usually by a series of symbols.
Annotations are notes added to written work, for instance:
('People who disagree with other peoples's work and suggestions should always check their own knowledge and vocabulary very thoroughly and carefully before placing criticisms and feigning superiority or pretexts.')

Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : first class original *what* exactly? Are you saying 'órgano' means 'original'??!!!!
10 hrs
disagree Robert Carter : So many things wrong with your translation, regardless of what the "órgano" actually is. To start with, "remítase" doesn't mean "refer to", it means "send to"; "anotaciones" are not "attestations", etc.
